Kenya Management and Training Consultants is a registered company that has been in existence since 1993. We provide quality training/consultancy services to both Public and Private Sector institutions aimed at enhancing management and performance efficiency of the participants at lower, middle and senior management levels. Kenya Management and Training Consultants has over the years been able to offer training to participants drawn from various organizations in Kenya and beyond.

We are proud to announce that we have conducted training for participants from Mozambique, Nigeria, Tanzania, Uganda, Northern Sudan, and other international organizations. Here in Kenya, we have worked for organizations such as the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), the Kenya Ports Authority (KPA), the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KBS), the Capital Market Authority (CMA), and various government departments, just to mention a few.

Our objective is to provide innovative quality services to individuals, public, and private organizations by offering them the opportunity to realize their potential primarily through identification of limitations and opportunities, the design and development of skills-oriented training programs in management, projects, finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship development (micro and macro) fields, and capacity-building-oriented progressiveness.

The general objectives of these programs include:

  • To discuss modern administrative principles and techniques plus their applications aimed at achieving maximum service, higher productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness within the organization’s departmental units.
  • Provide participants with the skills necessary to enable them to develop their subordinates and raise the level of their management competence. And ensure that they can realize their potential and be able to meet the challenges of their jobs.
  • To enable them to comprehend some of the distinctive perspectives and methods of psychological and sociological study and how these could be used in the study of people at work, understand their problems, and be able to help them without much restraint.
  • To enable them to comprehend, in particular, the complementary contributions that an officer can make to individuals as a worker. Make sensible decisions and carry out preliminary plans without much supervision.
  • Achieve targets through an improved quality performance set and meet acceptable standards within individual program objective areas.

Training Methodologies
Participatory Learning Approach (PLA) with plenty of case studies and group discussions. Lecturers and the use of projectors and video cassettes will be used. It will be illustrative in nature. Virtual training can also be arranged.
